Payment Options
There are several options to pay your monthly water bill in addition to standard mail (option 7 below). For a hassle-free guaranteed on-time payment each month, you can consider joining our Auto Payment Plan (option 2). All payment options are listed below.
- Pay through your bank’s online bill pay. Fees may apply with your banking institution.
- Pay your bill on time every month with an Auto Payment Plan. Bill will be deducted from your account on the due date each month. A $1.00 fee will be applied every month. To sign up for this payment option, please contact TNG Utility at 281-350-0895. You will need to complete the Monthly Auto Payment Plan Form.
- Pay at any Check Free location for $1.00 when you select “BILLER” as Central Bank MUD. Available at the following locations:
• Ace Check Cashing
• Foodtown
• HEB
• Kroger
• Walmart - Pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) by phone at 281-350-0895 for a $5.00 convenience fee.
- Pay online at utilitypaymentonline.com a transaction fee of 4% and an added $2.50 Water Administrative fee will be applied to the total amount for Webcheck.
- Drop off a check or money order at the TNG drop box at 2815 Spring Cypress Road #3, Spring, Texas 77388.
- Mail your check or money order to P.O. BOX 1969 75809, Houston, Texas 77251-1969.
